Our mission is for our guests to enjoy their stay at our Upstate New York bed and breakfast as much as possible. Our lodging accommodations and longer-term rental offer unmistakable comfort and beautiful views while our breakfasts are delicious and nourishing. To help ensure a wonderful Finger Lakes vacation experience for all, we have established some basic policies for our lakeside inn at Seneca Lake, NY.

A two-night minimum stay on weekends is required, unless we happen to only have one night available.

Credit card number or check (for amount equal to one night, plus tax) is required when booking reservation.

 

Cancellation must be within two weeks (3 weeks for racing event weekends and for the Finger Lakes Wine Festival weekend). Cancellations which are given with less time than the policy states, are subject to a one-night charge - unless we are able to rebook the entire period reserved. When several couples or groups reserve several suites, individual phone contact to provide a name and a credit card number is required for each suite. "No Shows" without any cancellation notice are subject to a charge for the entire period of the reservation, unless it is rebooked.

 

Personal checks, travelers' checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted.

All prices are plus 12.00% state and local taxes and are subject to change (if prices should change after you make your reservation - you are assured of the rate at the time you reserved).

Check-in after 3 p.m. and check-out by 11 a.m. (or request other arrangements)

Sunrise Landing is completely smoke free. Smoking outside is permitted in areas that do not disturb others. If you intend to smoke outdoors please consult with us so that  we can assist with this issue.

 

We can usually accommodate children over 12 years of age.

Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets

Sunrise Landing B & B is located on a private, unpaved road. Weather in late November through March often requires an all-wheel-drive vehicle. We can also provide off-site parking and shuttle service to and from your car, at any time.

 

Sunflower Apartment: Daily housekeeping service is provided in all suites after breakfast. This service includes the removal and replacement of glasses and a few pre-rinsed dishes and flatware. If the kitchen in the Sunflower Apartment Suite is used to prepare a complete meal and guests leave an extensive number of dishes and pots and pans from the night before for housekeeping to wash and replace in the morning, we will happily provide this expanded service.  However, advance notice is requested to assure that we can appropriate the additional time for this service. There may be an additional fee.
