Our Romantic Vacation Rentals in the Finger Lakes

This luxurious apartment at Sunrise Landing Bed & Breakfast features its own private ground-level entrance and patio. It boasts a magnificent view of the lake and sunrise through the wall of windows in the living area and the French doors in the bedroom. This lovely apartment  also features an equipped kitchen with beautiful oak cabinets and an oak trestle table. The sofa in the living area, which is separate from the bedroom, opens to a full-size bed. Other inviting, comfortable furnishings, an electric fireplace, and a Satellite TV/VCR complete the room.   The yellow bedroom features French Doors which open onto the private patio. White wicker accents the other white furniture in the room,  and a romantic,  white iron,  queen-size bed completes the look. The private bath with tub/shower is within the suite and is convenient to both the living area and to the bedroom. This apartment suite is approximately 600 square feet, large enough to be comfortable for two (or more) for several days, a week, or longer and can be booked with either this new Vacation Rental Option or our traditional B&B option.

Bed Linens and Towels are provided and bed is made up when you arrive. Laundry facilities are available by arrangement. All guests have the use of the waterfront, dock, kayaks, and paddleboat. Vacation rental prices do not include  breakfast, access to the B&B common areas of the house, or daily housekeeping. A complete list of policies is available here.  

IRIS  Vacation rental Pricing – minimum 5 nights:

5 nights - 215 per night,  plus 4% tax

6 or more nights $205 per night, plus 4% tax   (no state and county sales tax will be charged on vacation rentals)

Our  new luxurious and very private Iris - another vacation rental  apartment  - is also at ground level. It is  perfect as a honeymoon stay or for a couple’s getaway.  While still a part of the larger house, it is off by itself, and features a private entrance and patio. The multiple, large windows in the spacious bedroom and living area offer a magnificent view of the sunrise, lake, and wooded area. The Iris features a classic mission cherry bedroom, and romantic bath with raised garden soaking tub, and separate glass shower. The lovely sitting room boasts a cozy electric fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a love-seat which makes into a twin size bed. The beautiful, handcrafted furniture adds  to the luxury of this unit. A roomy, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and ceramic-top electric stove adjoins  a cozy dining area by a window overlooking the lake.  All guests have the use of our waterfront, dock, kayaks and paddleboat. This apartment is approximately 600 square feet in size, accommodates 3 persons comfortably,  and can be booked with this new Vacation Rental Option for 5 nights or more,  or with our traditional B&B option for two nights or more.
