Announcing Our Vacation Rental Option
Our beautiful Iris Suite is finally completed. Guests have enjoyed the luxury, spaciousness, and the beautiful view of the lake since it opened in August 2012. Just a few of its special features are its beautiful tiled bathroom with raised, garden soaking tub, and separate glass shower. It also has an equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The bedroom features a queen sized bed and other locally handcrafted cherry furniture and it has a pull-out twin bed in the sitting room. In addition to our traditional B&B bookings, we are offering the option of renting it as a vacation rental, for a minimum of 5 nights or longer. Our other apartment suite, the Sunflower can also now be reserved with the vacation rental option. Be the first to reserve for your 2013 summer vacation rental. The vacation rental option is at a reduced rate and includes the benefit of not being subject to the 8% New York State Sales tax. Our reservation system cannot handle this option seamlessly, so you will need to call us to reserve with the rental option at (607 243-7548).
